8 Steps to Custom Products

We hope this "wordy" page doesn't overwhelm you, our process is simple. We want you to know our process so that things are smooth and you know what to expect. 

Step 1 : Information

To start an order we will need some information for you. You can use our custom order form or email us.

Step 3 : Choose Products

Based on the information, we will send you options or include in in the quote. Feel free to browse or website and inquire about any product.

Step 5 : Payment

When you approve a quote, you will automatically get a payable invoice. We also offer other forms of payment such as electronic check. Please contact us for special request. If you require shipping or delivery, that will be billed separately after completion.

Step 7 : Production

After approval if needed, we produce your order! Our turn around time ranges from 2-3 weeks from the time of paymen. Items we have in store are 3-5 days. Please indicate if you need a rush or a hard core deadline.

Step 2 : Artwork

If you have a design you will have an option to upload it to the order form or you can email it. If you need graphic designing services or text art email us the details.

Step 4 : Quote

Once we have your details, artwork plan, and product picked we will send you a quote to review and approval. If you havhaven'tent receive your quote, check your spam or contact us.

Step 6 : Approval

 If you provide artwork and need a mockup please let us know. We will send proof of edited artwork or if we make any changes. If your work is sent ready to print or embroider, we will skip approval and print. If we design you will need to approve before production.

Step 8 : Completion

We check your items, fold, package and get your item ready to ship, deliver or pickup. You will get email confirmation or a call when your order is complete. If you love your item leave us a review. If there is any issue please contact us so that we can resolve any problems.
